Response time.
Medical treatment.
Patient outcome.
Hospital admission.
Availability of a particular medical facility.

For life-threatening emergencies, users should contact the appropriate emergency services or healthcare providers immediately rather than relying solely on the Addvey platform.

Ambulance providers remain responsible for their vehicles, personnel, equipment, licences, medical services and compliance with applicable laws.

8. PARCEL SERVICES

Users may use Addvey for eligible parcel transportation where available.

Users must accurately disclose the nature of the parcel where required.

You must not use Addvey to transport prohibited, unlawful, hazardous or restricted goods.

Addvey or a participating partner may refuse, cancel or report a parcel where there is a reasonable concern regarding:

Addvey may remove, restrict or suspend listings/accounts where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Addvey may cooperate with lawful requests from government authorities, law enforcement agencies or courts.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content.

19. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

Non-threatening
Non-fraudulent.

Where Addvey provides medicine-related or healthcare-related functionality, such services are subject to applicable healthcare, pharmacy, prescription, drug and other regulatory requirements.

Addvey does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment merely by providing access to healthcare-related listings or booking functionality.

Users should rely on qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.

Addvey may restrict or disable healthcare functionality where required by law or regulatory requirements.

27. USER SAFETY

Users should exercise reasonable caution when meeting:

Attempt unauthorized access.
Collect personal information without authorization.
Promote illegal goods.
Facilitate scams.
Upload infringing content.
Upload malicious files.

Users must not upload or publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual-property rights, malicious or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Addvey may remove or restrict content where required by law, court order, regulatory direction, platform policy or legitimate safety/security requirements.

Where applicable, Addvey may follow the due-diligence and grievance-related requirements applicable to intermediaries under India’s information-technology framework. MeitY currently publishes updated versions of the IT Rules, including updates made in 2026.

belongs to Addvey or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

31. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

44. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
