By accessing or using Addvey (User App, Partner App, or Website), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Nature

Addvey is a technology platform that connects:

  • Users (customers)
  • Vendors / service providers
  • Delivery partners

Addvey does not directly provide services or sell products, unless explicitly stated. All transactions are primarily between users and partners.

2. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Addvey
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws
3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide correct details during registration
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse
  • Respect partners and service providers
  • Report suspicious or illegal activity
4. Vendor / Partner Responsibilities

Vendors, service providers, and delivery partners agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and identity details
  • Deliver services/products as promised
  • Maintain quality, safety, and legal compliance
  • Not misuse customer data
  • Honor pricing, commitments, and timelines

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.

5. Identity Verification

To ensure trust and safety:

  • Partners may be required to submit PAN, Aadhaar, and business details
  • Addvey reserves the right to verify and approve listings
  • False or misleading information may lead to account suspension
6. Payments & Transactions
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay
  • Supported methods include UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets
Important:
  • Addvey is not responsible for failures caused by banks, networks, or payment providers
  • Transactions are primarily between users and partners
  • Addvey may facilitate settlements in certain cases
7. Pricing, Commissions & Fees
  • Addvey may charge service fees, commissions, or subscriptions (if applicable)
  • Pricing may vary by service, location, or partner
  • All applicable charges will be displayed before confirmation
8. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
  • Cancellation and refund policies are defined by the respective partner
  • Addvey may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds
  • Users and partners must cooperate in resolving disputes
9. Delivery & Service Risks
  • Delivery times, service quality, and availability depend on partners
  • Addvey does not guarantee:
    • Exact delivery times
    • Service outcomes
    • Product quality
10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Addvey is not liable for:
    • Losses, damages, or disputes between users and partners
    • Service failures or delays
    • Third-party actions or content

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
  • Harass or harm other users or partners
12. Intellectual Property
  • All platform content (logo, design, features, software) belongs to Addveynow Solutions Private Limited
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited
13. Third-Party Services

Addvey integrates with third-party providers such as:

  • Truecaller (verification)
  • Google Sign-In (authentication)
  • Razorpay (payments)
  • Google Maps / other map services (location)

Their terms and policies also apply.

14. Suspension & Termination

Addvey reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Remove listings or content
  • Take action against violations

This may occur without prior notice in serious cases.

15. Data & Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using Addvey, you consent to data collection and usage as described.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

17. Changes to Terms

Addvey may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
